Stock Availability:

We reserve the right to cancel the sale if stock levels fall below our determined numbers. To obtain the most up-to-date stock information, please contact your designated sales representative.

 

Estimate Validity:

Estimates are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance. Prompt action and confirmation of the sale within the specified timeframe are required to secure the quoted price.

 

First Come, First Served:

Sales operate on a first come, first served basis. To secure the special pricing and discounts, the product must be paid in full within 10 days from the time of the order.

Pickup and Hold Policy:

Depending on the sale, once the product is packed, you will be notified to come pick up your order. We kindly request your promptness and cooperation to respect the shipping and receiving department.

 

Order Cancellation and Returns:

Should you choose to cancel an order or return a product, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged. This policy is in place to maintain fairness among all our valued dealers during this first come, first served sale.

 

Non-Retroactive:

Sales are not retroactive and cannot be applied to sales orders placed prior to sale date. The discounted pricing is applicable only to new orders placed between sale terms. These limitations are due to manufacturer's rebate terms that are specific to this promotional period.

 

Non-Transferable:

The special discount offered during sales are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
