Sale Duration:

The (10% Net 10) Cash Discount will run from December 16, 2024, through January 31, 2025, or until stock runs out, whichever comes first.

 

Applicability:

This sale is applicable only to Agro-Breeze Barn Fans and cannot be used for custom ordering purposes.

Includes hardware to install the products.

 

Stock Availability:

We reserve the right to cancel the sale if stock levels fall below our determined numbers. To obtain the most up-to-date stock information, please contact your designated sales representative.

 

Estimate Validity:

Estimates are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance. Prompt action and confirmation of the sale within the specified timeframe are required to secure the quoted price.

 

First Come, First Served:

This sale operates on a first come, first served basis. To secure the special pricing and additional 10% cash discount, the product must be paid in full within 10 days from the time of the order. This makes it a total cash discount of 10% off the regular pricing when the order is placed. Take advantage of this opportunity to maximize your savings and secure exceptional value.

 

Pickup and Hold Policy:

Once the product is packed, you will be notified to come pick up your order. Product pickup must be completed within 10 days once the notification is received and no later than February 14th, 2025. We are unable to store orders for longer than ten days as it causes additional handling and storage constraints. We kindly request your promptness and cooperation to respect the shipping and receiving department during this sale.

 

Order Cancellation and Returns:

Should you choose to cancel an order or return a product, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged. This policy is in place to maintain fairness among all our valued dealers during this first come, first served sale.

 

Non-Retroactive:

This sale is not retroactive and cannot be applied to sales orders placed prior to December 16, 2024. The discounted pricing is applicable only to new orders placed between 12/16/24 and 01/31/25. This limitation is due to manufacturer's rebate that is specific to this promotional period.

 

Non-Transferable:

The special discount offered during this sale is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
