Frank Weaver
Agromatic Cow Comfort Consultant
I currently own Weaverline Manufacturing which has been building feeding equipment since 1965 and 95% of that equipment is for dairy farms. Prior to taking over from my father in 2001 I spent 15 years in a custom harvesting business. The experience that I have in dairy feeding has me convinced that a well-fed and comfortable cow will make the dairy farmer successful and a successful dairy farmer makes my business successful.
I have had a business relationship with Agromatic since 1971 and I am excited to be working closer with them. I believe that the products that Agromatic has available are important to moving the dairy industry forward in cow comfort and care. Our distribution location will make these products much more accessible to the industry on the East Coast.
In the manufacturing business we build some equipment for other industries, but the incredible resilience and genuine love of what they do that I see in the agriculture industry is the reason I enjoy what I do.
Outside of work I enjoy hunting – especially with the traditional flint-lock rifle and spending time at the camp in the summer. I also enjoy repairing antique steam engines and threshing machines and occasionally adding to my small collection of them.
