J & M Hofacker Farms - Appleton, WI
On a recent visit to J & M Hofacker Farms in Appleton, Wisconsin, we spoke with John Hofacker, who, along with his two brothers, milks 250 head of cattle and averages about 92 lbs of milk per cow.
