New Product: PMAC Direct Drive Fans

Introducing our new PMAC Direct Drive Fans!

The new direct drive line of fans with PMAC (Permanent Magnet Alternating Current) motors will revolutionize the dairy industry! By controlling the motors with Lenze drives, we will be able to achieve a 10-20% power savings and or 10-20% more air flow CFM (Cubic Feet Per Minute). The final numbers are not in place yet as we are waiting for AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association International) and BESS labs (Bio-environmental and Structural Systems Laboratory) testing to be completed. Once we have third party verified test data we will share that information as soon as it is available.

Key Specs of the PMAC Direct Drive Fans

Currently the new PMAC motors are available for the 55”, 60” and 72” exhaust fans, along with the new designed 72” recirculation fan.

No more belts, no more tensioners, just more time to enjoy the rest of the farm.

NOTE: Cleaning fan blades and shutters should still be a big part of your yearly maintenance as that will keep your electrical cost to a minimum.

Focus on Energy and Other Incentives

Once we have our third party test data, we will be working with FOCUS on energy (Wisconsin) to get Wisconsin farmers rebates with this new technology.  We will then shift our focus State to State looking for incentives for the rest of our farmers.
