What are slat mats?
LOSPA SB is our reinforced slotted rubber flooring designed for beef fattening facilities with cattle slats.
LOSPA SB features a curved surface with approximately 5% slope towards slats. This helps facilitate drainage, allowing the mat to dry faster while improving hygiene. The robust surface of this cattle rubber improves slip-resistance which reduces the risk of injury and animal losses.
LOSPA SB is designed to increase lying comfort and improve heat insulation. In beef facilities this enhances weight gain and shortens the fattening period.
Each mat is custom made to fit your facility. Installation is simple and LOSPA SB is the ideal cattle rubber for renovations and new construction.

Thickness: approx. 15/16″
Mat Length & Width: Customized to fit your cattle slats
Requirements: Slat width must be at least 1-3/16″ (30 mm) & all slats have to be the same width
Tolerances:
thickness: + 3/-2 mm
length + width: +/- 1.5 % (DIN ISO 3302-1 tolerance class M4)
The tolerances also apply within the mat and when installed
